Diane Brown

Diane is skilled at building high-performance teams and leaders. Drawing from decades of consulting, coaching, and organizational development experience, she’s able to accurately name the behaviors and mentalities obstructing growth. Diane has provided countless leaders with the insight and resources to solve problems, navigate change, and create stronger and more effective teams.

She’s a Prosci Certified Change Professional, Society for Human Resources Senior Certified Professional, and former CPA with a deep commitment to every client and team she works with. In addition to consulting, Diane loves golf, cheering on the WKU Hilltoppers and Butler Bulldogs, and serving as a volunteer class assistant, Board Member, and Fundraising Chairperson for Rock Steady Boxing of Brownsburg.

David Graham

David is a results-oriented executive who strives to help organizations and professionals operate at their true potential. He’s an accomplished executive, coach, and team sales leader with experience in both financial and professional services with a reputation for turning around struggling business units making them profitable and sustainable.

He completed post graduate studies at the College for Executive Coaching earning the Certified Professional Coach designation. David has an extensive history of servant leadership on nonprofit boards and in public policy at both the local and national levels. David loves music, his kids, and spending time where the view is always better—on his boat.

Tom Porter

Tom is an Organizational Development (OD) consultant specializing in the areas of organization and people strategy, client service excellence, and business development culture. His areas of expertise and practice include: selection, development and retention of people, executive coaching (personal and professional growth), client relationship management, professional selling, strategic planning, and organizational health.


Tom co-founded the OD consulting firm Aspire! LLC in 2001 with Diane Brown, which was rebranded to Archos Advisors with the addition of David Graham to the firm in 2015. Previous to his independent consulting career, Tom spent 30 years with the regional CPA firm Olive LLP (now BKD LLP), 20 of those years as a partner and the firm’s Director of Human Resources and 7 years as the firm’s Director of Marketing. Tom is a CPA (inactive) with an undergraduate degree in Personnel Administration and MBA in Organizational Psychology and Group Dynamics. Tom’s extracurricular pursuits include; travel, reading, theater, bird watching and wildlife treks, and sharing good food, wine and conversation with friends.

While Archos Advisors is a new name for this effective group of leaders, coaches, and change agents, it has been my pleasure to work with Diane Brown and Tom Porter for over 25 years. More recently, Dave Graham joined this dynamic duo to support the team in meeting the challenges facing today’s employers. The group has helped our firm implement customized programs that not only meet the needs of the public accounting profession, but also allow our business to thrive in today’s work environment. They have equipped the staff and future leaders of our firm with imperative resources and training. It has been invaluable to work with trusted professionals who are always available with proven advice and solutions.
